I have 3 ragdoll cats ranging from 3 months to 12 years old. I was unsure of how the older cat would take to a box like this. I received on Saturday and am very pleased so far. The box works great and all 3 cats have taken to it immediately. I will be getting a second box. With multiple cats, it's a game changer. I cleaned all boxes daily before and still had issues with smell. Now, that issue is gone and their box is always clean which is more sanitary for them and better for their health.

We got our litter box a few weeks ago and couldn't be happier. I've been skeptical of automatic litter boxes because of their bulky appearance but this is honestly the most aesthetically pleasing one I've seen! It's much more compact and attractive than we expected, and feels very high quality and high tech. Our Ragdoll kitten Arthur loves it and got adjusted to it super quickly. The app sends notifications when Arthur uses the potty and it has so many adjustable settings that make it super easy and convenient to manage (reminders, do not disturb mode, etc.). We can't believe we didn't make the switch to an automatic litter box sooner, but we're so happy we did!

I like the style and feel of this litter box a lot, and it is compatible with tofu litter. However I have noticed that when the clumps are bigger, the robot waste a lot of litter. Also, I wish the box is taller a bit, my Maine Coon doesn't fit well in there.

My cat had always been using non-clumping litter so I was a little concerned that he would not use the big auto litter box with clumping litter at first. Surprisingly, he accepted his new bathroom fairly fast although he is still curious whenever the device started the cleaning cycle. The interior space is big enough to fit in my big ragdoll boy. The machine looks cute and it's been running so quietly - it's set up in the bathroom of my bedroom and I cannot hear anything at night when it was functioning. App tracking part works smoothly as well.
