If you bought your product directly from furrytail.net, and you are not satisfied with your purchase within the conditions described in the above 30-Day Hassle-Free Return policy, you can return it following the procedure outlined below:
1. Request a return label by contacting FurryTail Customer Support at help@furrytail.net. All returns must have a return label for processing.
2. Prepare and package your item in the original package to return. Units returned in unclean conditions may be subject to a $75 cleaning fee deducted from your refund. Please note that if any accessories are missing, the cost of those accessories will be deducted from your refund.
3. Determine your shipping method. You are responsible for the return shipping costs, totaling $79.99. Please note, return shipments outside the contiguous 48 states may incur additional shipping costs.
4. Receive your refund. Once your unit is received, we will process and issue a refund to your original method of payment within 7-10 business days. Once processed, your bank or credit card provider is responsible for applying the refund amount to your account, which may take up to 30 days.
